Evorel Sequi is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) treatment that combines Evorel and Evorel Conti patches in a single pack. It’s designed for perimenopausal women — those who are still having periods but experiencing symptoms of menopause.

This sequential HRT approach mimics the natural menstrual cycle and provides both oestrogen and progestogen throughout the month.

• – Switch to Evorel Conti patches twice a week for the next 2 weeks
• – Apply each patch to clean, dry, hairless skin on the lower abdomen or buttocks
• – Replace patches every 3 to 4 days, using a different spot each time
• – Avoid placing patches near the breasts or on the same site consecutively
• – Press each patch down for 10 seconds to ensure it sticks
• – Showering is fine, but avoid long soaks or high heat that could loosen the patch
